Exhibitor FAQS / ask your questions

Choose an option available and complete exhibitor registration.
The Modern Bride Wedding Show features wedding professionals and businesses in a variety of categories.
All exhibit spaces must be registered online complete with a deposit of 50% upon reservation, final payment due 30 days before the event.

Exhibitor Tips / how to prepare

  • The staff managing the booth should be polite, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about your company, or the company or companies which you are representing, and about the products on display. At least one person with the authority to make final decisions should be present, in case an opportunity to do business on the spot should arise.
  • The booth should be attractive and organized. Try to offer non-alcoholic beverages and snacks to make your booth a more inviting place to stop.
  • Your literature (signs/brochures/business cards) must be attractive and easy to read.
  • Keep plenty of product and samples available for display, trial and handout purposes.
  • You can do your own pre-show promotion. Utilize all your social media and networking platforms to increase attendance at the show. High booth traffic is no accident!

Exhibitor Information / what is required

  • Access to the venue will be available 2 hours before the show start time to provide vendors with sufficient time to setup. All stand preparation must be complete 10 minutes before start time.
  • Exhibitors should ONLY commence dismantling stands after the event is closed to the public. Please note that all goods must be removed from the venue. Charges will apply for the disposal of discarded goods.
  • Exhibitors are advised not to leave their booth unattended. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure all valuables are secured.
  • All booth draping will be black and table linen will be white in colour. Each section is dependent on the package opted for and individual agreements.
  • Exhibitors are permitted to bring their own furniture as long as it fits within the allotted space.  Custom stands or backdrops can not be higher than 8’.
  • Electricity and Wifi is provided upon request. Exhibitors are advised to bring adapters and extension cords if required to ensure accessibility.
  • Exhibitors are not permitted to fix any graphics, notices or material to any part of the venue or its walls. Exhibitors are responsible for any damage caused by their staff or contractors to the fabric of the building. Any damage caused will be charged to the exhibitor concerned.
  • Exhibitors may only distribute publicity materials from their stands.
  • In order to make the event a great success we ask all exhibitors to promote the event as much as they can. In addition, we have a targeted direct marketing campaign supported by social media and PR to ensure a successful event.
